The showroom is huge. There is a lot of parking space available for the customers. The service centre is behind the showroom. The sales executive explain each and every feature of the vehicle in detail and are quite professional. Do visit Volkswagen dealer if you are interested in buying proper German cars.

Today we brought our Brand New Polo TSI from B.U Bhandari wakad showroom. We are extremely happy with the service which is provided by VW Wakad and special thanks to Kiran Kothawde for making all the process Hassel free. kiran made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I receive the car. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and guiding us throughout the whole purchase.Once again thank you for such wonderful experience.

I have been servicing or repairing the car from this particular station. Staff is professional, polite and patient enough to hear you. There were situations where wait time was more and staff was not helpful or knowledgeable to know what they are talking about. Had some bad experience and good experiences but nevertheless overall customer satisfaction is ok. Always recommend to get an appointment to avoid delay.

This time around visit was pretty swift! No waiting time to put the vehicle to service and survey and less time to get it delivered. The representative was through and was courteous. As always great servicing of the vehicle making it feel like new!

Spare shop is very slow in operation. They will make you move from one counter to another. First they will ask you to get your customer id, then they will handle you payment voucher to clear it with finance and then they will deliver spare to you. They could be more swift in these operations while dealing with customers. This extra efforts which they make their customer do, can be aligned to staff to make customer experience delighful.
