They are not at all helping the customers..i am chasing them for the past 3 weeks for the renewal of my father's mediclaim policy . But no one is helping. I have dropped so many mails. I went to their offices as well . But no one is there as well because of covid . Pathetic service. And when they want to advertise for their policy, they call so many times

One of worst customer service experience with this company. It's now three weeks I have been trying to port my policy and no one is paying attention. Even after sending mail to grievance officer no reverting back. The call center says one thing and the office says another. Quite poor.

Very unprofessional company. Had called the concerned person several times. Their agents for original documents and when found guilty of losing them, they rejected my accidental claim. They dont give any specific format for any document and keep on asking the same thing again and again. I dont know, how dumb their agents are. The agents cant see, what the previous one has sent an email for.
