The worst mosquito net I've ever seen. It has bent towards right. Now I can't sleep comfortably. I have to sleep in only a particular position and till morning, lot of mosquitos have already bitten me. Totally useless net.

An unfair deal/business. On 16 August 2017, my wife alone went to purchase a mosquito net. And she found this dealer come manufacturer named #BargeYamini Address: 256/257, Narayan Peth, Near Vijay Theatre, Narayan Peth, Pune, Maharashtra 411030. Unfortunately the mosquito net she bought from Mr.Barge(manufacturer/dealer) doesn't suits our requirements, it is small. When I asked him to provide a bigger size, he told us that this is the last bigger size and he cannot provide bigger than this. Therefore I asked him for a return/refund to which he said there is no refund/return policy. The options he gave me was either you exchange it with a different size or get 2 small size and he will pay the difference. But that doesn't solves my purpose. He said he had such complaints from 3 or more customers to whom he had denied return/refund and that their mosquito nets are with him along with their money. When she bought this the very first time he didnt produced the reciept to get tax exemption maybe. But when he denied return/refund i asked him to give me an invoice. Now the invoice and mosquito net is with me. The quality of the mosquito net is very pathetic compared to the price she bought. I didnt liked it at all. As per my knowledge, a manufacturer also doesn't have any rights to deny return/refund if that manufacturer is unable to provide a product as per the consumer's requirements. Please share your view or guide me if you have better solution to resolve and suggest if i go into the consumer's court. Friends request you to share this story with everyone so that such manufacturers should not enjoy such unfair deals by looting the money of consumers with whatever they are manufacturing that doesn't meets the customers requirements and above it they are denying return/refund. #barge #yamini #mosquitonet #dealer #manufacture
