Visited for Aadhar card services. There you need to keep waiting from morning to get the form, as only 30 forms are given in a day and from morning 7:30 to 8 am people stand in a line just to get the form and the server is always having issues. I personally visited three Times but still work not done....Very bad experience.

Staff is non existent during office hours, the ones that are present pass on responsibility from one desk to another. Customer is most unwanted commodity there. 2star because it is easily accessible and ample parking.
Very bad experience with BSNL.Last 4 months we are paying bills for telephone and internet which is not functional and no person in office to attend our complaint.They are aware of the problem but no manpower to resolve the issues.They are aware of the problem of huge cable line cut due to the work carried in Dhanori area.

This is a decent place but customer support is not that great. Employees were trying to help but they could not offer peice of paper for appliaction. They din't habe pen to write an application. I understand that BSNL is going through crisis after visiting that place. There must be some improvment in the attitude of employees so that BSNL can still perform good. Other than employee attitude they should definitely improve the quality of servies they offer. Parking is not an issue at this office.
