The rates may be reasonable...but services is hopeless. The owner is a very polite person till you buy the goods, after the sales the tone changes. I wanted to buy 4 fans and I entered the shop and asked for the fans. The owner showed me a box of white fan which I wanted. Satisfied with the sample, I instructed to pack 4 pieces. I paid the amount and took the fans home. When I opened the pack of 4 box, I noticed that the fans were brown instead of white. I immediately call up on the ph. no mentioned on the bill. The owner said that he will call back in some time after checking the stock. He never called back. I called him after 2 days requesting the excange.... at this he said that he has no stock in white and will have to order for white fans and the process will take 3-4 days. I had no option so I agreed. Waited for the call for 4 days and called him back on 5th day. The owner replied that the consignement has not arrived and he will cll me in another 2-3 days. I again called after 3 days and requested for a refund so that I could buy the fans from another store as my electrical work was over and electrician was about to leave the premises. To this the owner reacted very loudly and said that how can I ask for a refund. I tried to explain him my situation but in vain. I though that I the owner is not interested in the exchange, but tried one more time after a few days. This time luckily Mr. Umit Mehta (Owners Son) received my call. This guy is a much better person. He handled the situation nicely and arranged for an exchange which came after another 6-7 days. The two stars given in the review belong to Umit and not the store ore the owner. I would never recommend this store to anybody. I just hope that the fans dont stop working in warranty period and cross my fingers so that I dont have to vist the store again. Just two words to end....'Stay Away'.
