One of the most third class hospital in Pune, the doctors are not there to save people, rather doctors are there to kill people. They don't treat people safely. They hardly take care of any patient, all the doctors seems to be 12 pass. They do not know how to treat the patient properly. This is simply a hell where the patient relatives willl never be aware that how the life of patient passed away. They just play games how many doctors can kill how many patient.

Sassoon General Hospital is a large state-Run Hospital in Pune, India with their 1500 Beds. The BJ medical college Pune and a Nurse Training School is attached to it. The Jewish philanthropist David sasoon from Mumbai made a generous donation to make the construction of the hospital possible in 1867. Sasoon hospital has had its share of historic moment, when Mahatma Gandhi was operated here for appendicitis in 1924.
Open robbery of patients belongings once they gone, staff treatment is like kadi in jail. No manners how to talk , doctors are rather busy posting their selfies on fb dressed in PPE then caring for patients, no information on which ward they moved our patient, whether they alive or dead, if they have eaten or not for so many days, lost patient's paperwork, 2 days delay in releasing body due to poor management systems, belongings all stolen in hospital and list goes on n on n on !!!!!!!! Please save your self and your loved ones from going to hell here. Take precautions and avoid going to covid ward and save yours and your family members life. Keep safe !!!
One of the largest state run blood bank which provides round the clock services. All blood groups and blood products are available most of the year. There are shortages which dont last for long.
Please please please!! Do NOT go to this haunted place. Staff are very rude and useless and this place needs to be exposed how they treat patient and their relatives. TOTAL SHAMBLES!!! We were told our patient is recovering and moved to general ward fr ICU but when we went to visit him they lost our patient and had no idea which ward he is in and then we found out he passed away day before and they couldn’t find his paperwork and we got out patient 3rd day!
Worst hospital. If they are not interested in being a doctor then I think they should quit. They should not insult a noble profession. Hopeless doctors and staff. Please don't ever consider going there. You will save a life.
