Sales person is least interested . No greetings , No happy face . No booking enthusiastic... We asked for test ride and he kept looking for keys n bike. Finally I did a test ride and upfront ly asked for quote. He never gave his number ... I asked him and he casually wrote on page. My friend wanted to take a test ride for GS310 but the agent told there is NO PETROL in the test drive bike. (SERIOUSLY & ITS BMW ) . Its too far from my place but bad experience. Finally we are keeping with Himalayan & friend has checked for Meteor on the same day.

I am a Proud owner of 310 Gs BMW Motorcycle bought from Bavaria Motorrad Pune . Have enjoyed the bike when I have risen it , had an accident and the disappointment came in since it got repaired . My recent experience with the service team has been nothing short of agonizing & irritating. Firstly inspection of the vehicle (BMW GS310) was not done correctly, where all the accidental damages were not noticed and noted by the Bavaria Motorrad Pune service team. Inspite of the vehicle being at their service station for more than 30 days, most of the work was not rectified & completed, and the vehicle was returned to me. After a couple of days, I noticed that the chassis was damaged in the same accident and the servicing team had failed to recognize the same and obviously did not rectify it. When I gave the bike for servicing to the same service station I asked them to check the chassis and only then the service team noticed the existing damage which they had previously missed. After repeatedly requesting the service team to replace the damaged chassis with a new chassis, they continuously refused to provide any proof or acknowledgment of the chassis being replaced. Since I was left with no option or proof of a new chassis I took my bike back. In between all of this chaos, the managers in charge Mr. Sagar Gama & Mr. Makarand Deshpande were extremely rude, unprofessional, and stubborn when it came to communication regarding this entire matter. This experience has been very very tiring, nauseating, and time-consuming. I hope this does not happen again in the future.

recently visited bmw motorrad pune for bmw 1250GS , staff is so good and they trust us to sit on bikes and staff is so friendly , because i recently visited ducati pune they not even give test ride and not trusting us too , they not even give me to sit on bike , And BMW give me test ride and details too, Really loved BMW motorrad pune and soon i will buy dream bike from bmw , Thankyou so much for trusting and giving bikes for test ride and friendly staff.

There are very nice staff. They provide great information about the bike. You can also take a test ride of the bike. New 310 GS & 310 R superbike very nice.
