WORSR SERVICES OFFERED !!! DONT EVER GO !! Worst place to go and waste money ! Totally unprofessional staffs, got rica waxung done, burnt my skin on underarms and hand with lots of blood clots and traces of hair where she didnt wax !!! When i went the next day, in the name of a professional and senior- she too burnt my hands and underarms now look like it's been scratched! Skin peeling out. I wish i could sue them over this ! NEVER GO THERE EVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU TO DO THE SERVICES FOR FREE!!

Pathetic. We went in with the matrix coupon on a sunday afternoon to which they said that this offer is only valid on mon-thurs, which seemed okay as they already had lots of customer. But there was no such thing mentioned on the coupon terms and condition. Now, we come the next morning and the person now says that the stylish which works on these coupon work is not available, and now ask us to come between 12-5. Great way to fool the customer.

I had been yesterday for hair styling. The hairstylist did a mess with my hair. Worst ever place to get your hair styled. They take 200 worth nothing they will destroy your look. They don't know how the lifted or styled hair will stay their longer. They have no style knowledge they will not suggest you anything. Go to a renowned stylist these stylists are fake.
