Amazing variety of tiles. But you cannot buy small quantities as they don't stock anything. What ever can be seen in the shop are only samples based on your order the material is despatced from Mumbai and unless the quantity is sizeable, cost of transportation can't be covered.

Poor Quality loses a Raving Fan in my experience with "Bombay Tiles". In fairness, I wish I could say my experience of ordering with Bombay Tiles was a good one, However having said that, my actual experience with them was appalling and definately rates a "buyer beware". It would be reasonable to expect "merchantable quality" in line with the description. The reality is far, far from that. The product delivered was of a quality way below the standard expectations. The brick had a smooth back which makes it next to impossible to be installed with accuracy. Even after using the highest grade of adhesive (MYK-215) the brick comes out with a single touch and can not expect it to stay binded for a longer period of time. The sad thing is that, for the cost of rectifying their mistake, they would have kept a loyal customer and gained a fan in the form of our valuable client who would have spread a good word and helped with mouth publicity and gain more sales to the company. Instead they lost a loyal fan, a lot of referrals and any future business from me as well as our reputed client. The company shows poor quality control and goods unfit for use. This issue should be prioritized and rectified - and any reputable company would fix the issue. Providing the customers with inaccurate information regarding the products is poor practice. I suppose poor customer service will lead to degradation in the number of Quality Customers. This was a personal review and I expect it to be Impovised and implemented for better Experience for future customers.
