My last reviews had just a 3 star rating but I didn't really write about my experience with the team or a respective member. From my understanding of reviews and the meaning behind it, every review an individual shares, it speaks about their experience with the various aspects of a company/organisation or brand. I gave a 3star rating(which is absolutely okay for my experience and a lot of brands are thankful for such ratings as well) as even through I shared all my details as I was asked to, I didn't receive any response from the company's end and that shows why I gave them a 3. But the response I received from BT on the same review was that 'my review doesn't matter', which is totally wrong because if you aren't open to criticism, feedback, suggestions and are only looking for praises online then you might want to think twice to leave your brand open for public reviews. Anyway, I'm okay with not being selected as I'm very much open to rejection, feedback and suggestions as that is what helps an individual grow but I'm thankful as well for this experience with your team.
