My two wheeler wasn’t working as it was left abandoned during pandemic. I called these guys and initially till pickup, the service seemed trustworthy. They billed me 4000 for complete repair and cleaning. After paying this hefty amount they got me my vehicle in 2 hrs. I was surprised by the speed. However they did mediocre job at servicing. Only good thing that it was in working condition. But absolutely dirty and also indicators and horn wasn’t working. Now the service provider is not picking up. Bad customer service. Total negligence. Wont recommend. Booking ID 771603

A pathetic place instead of Dry cleaning my curtains they used water which made my 2 curtains shrink. They gave the excuse that it is the fault of Ironing & took it back to fix but finally I receive the curtains extra stretched, unshaped and damaged. Above all this they gave me the invoice of Rs. 4480/-, while I was told on call that the charges are 150 per curtain (I mention that I have the big curtains on call) then after all this they give the excuse that the price told was for normal curtains. for big ones we charge per sqft basis....PATHETIC

Very Very bad experience in terms of everthing.. Customer care is not responsive or is non existent.. Had got my bike serviced a week back.. Pickup and drop was arranged by the service partner. Inspite of telling not to change any parts in my bike, the mechanic changed parts like ignition coil, carburetor bearings and charged me around 3000Rs.. When I took the bike to an authorized dealer after about a day I found to my surprise that none of the parts have been changed. This is clearly a fraud. How can bro4u as an aggregator not verify the authenticity of its service partners. Also similar experiences have been shared by others as well. It was my bad that I dint check the review first before booking the service. I am planning to file a complaint in consumer forum against this since nothing is being done by bro4u inspite of numerous complaints.

I have booked a home inspection for sofa repair for Saturday, and I need to cancel the booking as I have to travel last moment. The service provider is not giving me that option, and says because I booked (and they haven't visited yet) I have to pay them!!! What extortion is this?? There is no customer service contact number provided, and I have no way to cancel the booking! Update: As requested my booking ID is 777938. Hope your resolution is as prompt as response to google reviews.

Please don't use any service from this site. Don't have any professional service provider and not checked background of service provider. Recently booked bike service but service is not provided properly my bike problem is not solved and I waste my time and money. Site and service provider is not responding now. Please don't make bike servicing from pune autombile servicing they charge for spare parts without asking you. All the details already shared with team and not recieved response after following many times.

Hello b4u, your service is very third class they don't provide lead. And they give only one lead in 15 days. In my account my credit balance is 121 but I am unable to accept the call. Your vendor whose name is girish patgaonkar don't receive any call and if he received the call then he always said I will call you back by checking your status. But he don't call back. Very poor service I taken lead from you it is my biggest mistake in my life because of u I loss my money. I have to say please don't buy any lead from b4u.
