Presumably ,due limited staff , customer service has shifted to bajirao road bsnl office .one solitary person is available for mobile phone transactions. Very little GOOD can be said of BSNL!!!

Horrible place. The security guy no matter who is in the office is always good, polite and equipped. Most of the other employees are lethargic, coming late and passing on responsibilities. Always horribly alow in procedures, solutions and low on their own Knowles. The best person to get any query solved from is any security guy in here. 2 stars have been given for him and employees that come on time and work.... Nothing else deserves a star

Usual sarkari apathy. Long queue. Last time when I visited, they had multiple counters. It is reduced to one counter now with insufficient staff to attend.

No one seems to be working in this office!!! Broadband service is not working for more than a week now, we are raising a new complaint EVERY SINGLE DAY. Despite of this, internet connection is available for merely 5 mins and LOST FOR THE NEXT 15 MINS. This happens throughout the day. And absolutely no internet connection post 10pm. Today we got to know from the customer support helpline number that no one is responding or taking action on the complaints being raised. So obviously no one's working in this office. WORST SERVICE. HORRIBLE NETWORK. First thing we'll be doing post lockdown is getting rid of this useless network.
