third grade service. my phone is not operational for last few months. I am paying regularly. Now they have centralized portal for complaint. it says complaint resolved. This exchange never picks up calls. most frustrating experience

My pre-paid sim activation taken 2 days, and I have to visit the office about 3-4times due to my documents were faulty. But the staff was very good as compare to other companies they don't force you to buy any plan of their choice. They let you choose your own mobile number and plan according to your budget. The best thing I found that the sim activation process is very simple. & Now about the NETWORK:- Although I found that bsnl network is very good in Maharashtra but it's still 3g but but theirs a surprise the speed is just amazing I got very fast speed as compared to jio. And abot network availability their is no doubt network available in every corner. But BSNL Need to UPGRADE TO 4G in pune city. Although I liked BSNL over JIO 4g in pune city and suggest everyone to buy and support government of India to serve better. I'm not sure about your area and but give a try I'm sure you'll also love it.

I had asked for Bharat Fiber line at my residence. Office told me that thay have given contract to vendors and gave me his number. I contacted him after several calls, He told me that he will arrange fiber cable to my society. After following up for 15 days he sent people to lay up cable to my residence. then again I had to wait for installation for 15 days. after installing commissioning may take 15 days. No wonder BSNL is in loss and people are opting for private vendors. They should sell BSNL to private companies so Lazy BSNL people will be thrown out. Nd efficient people will get jobs.

Since last one year my BB and Land line is not functioning properly/out of order. Contacted the given no. But no one response. I am paying every month the bills. What a shameless department not bothered of Customer.

Very poor service. I have purchased ftth from bsnl. Everyday it has one or other issue.. very high down time and when called no one picks phone or helps.. and they do not deduct doentime in bills..

Had to visit BSNL customer care (8-9kms drive) in person to terminate my broadband connection. The representative said it may take 15 days to 1 month to process the request. Pathetic attitude and zero customer oriented approach.
