It looks like a haunted place. the whole building is closed just one room is open. One person handling the whole exchange

Poorly Maintained facility. Very rude and u friendly staff. Shocking to see the way the premises and the office space is maintained.

The personnel are not customer friendly. It would be a waste of time to go to this branch as they redirect everything to pimpri chinchwad branch. Better to close this branch instead of misleading customers and it would be a save of public money as the personnel do not work as expected.

Need to upgrade drastically, government should focus on reviving the national operator as it is going in huge losses and not even able to pay salaries to their employees. The same condition seems to be happening at this office also, the staff does not want to serve the customers, poor services is taking away their existing customers too.

I wish I could give no stars to this office, I have called many times and asked for my issue but they just said,it will get fixed in next one day.But , it is not fixed and they are not picking call now.There is no mail id for raising the complain and I am really frustrated now as My Broadband connection is not working from last 3 weeks.This issue happened earlier too and still I had to pay entire month bill.

It has been 2 Days, you have not given any response for my complaints In our circle, employees are doing partiality of service as per customer. If this is the scenario i would have to switch my operator After switching, i have to post this news on Social media and CVC(Central Vigilance Commission) for the same I'm heartily disappointed and feeling regret of purchasing BSNL services
