BSNL: Badtameez Sharamnak Nangey Log. The effects of picking people without proper ability, mostly to satisfy the quota regime,. The will or zeal to do the work is not there. One can find the worst of the government office staff in BSNL.

Worst.. been contacting them for for so long nobody picks up the call even before the lockdown it was like that only!! ..then I had to go there..somebody in the office came and informed me that this office is closed now.. atleast bsnl can inform their customers about such updates via email or sms.. pathetic service.

Been calling the number given multiple times, no response. So very typical of a government office. Even when they are on the verge of a shutdown and other companies are at their throats

Poor service. Except for interactive complaint number, customer care Center of the exchange is not easy to contact except by personal visit.

Officials arrive after 11am, sometimes after 12 noon. Somebody or other will be always absent. Repeated visits needed for one job. No wonder BSNL is in trouble.
