What I really liked about this place is that my Snoopy was very well taken care off. The large open terrace gave him lots of room to excersize and play with Buddy, they really did hit it off. I had requested for the grooming package and very happy with the end result. Surely going to make this my first option for boarding.

I am generally not in the habit of writing reviews but I just can not help writing a review for Buddys PetOtel. I had a family emergency and was not sure how long would I be away from my Zorro. Both of us are prone to separation anxiety, when away from each other. Abhay is a very good and kind soul and you can see it in his demeanor about his love for animals, my concerns were put to rest after spending 15 min with him and Buddy. The facility is a huge clean and hygienic flat where Zorro had the whole flat to roam around and a huge terrace to play with Buddy in the evening. While away I whatsapped with Zorro as many times I liked....On my return I was pleasantly surprised that Abhay in the 3 weeks time had taught Zorro not to jump at guests...(at No EXTRA Charge). My #1 choice for Pet Boarding.....

I chose Buddys PetOtel after visiting quite a few boarding facilities for a simple reason that Abhay seemed to know a lot about dogs and pet care, the cherry on the top was his personal interaction with the pets at his facility as he personally takes care of them with a lot of love, affection. From feeding, playing walking and grooming them. Its a cage free environment (I cant imagine my Brutus locked in a cage for the 10 days I was away). I returned to a very Happy and healthy Brutus although I got to see him on whatsapp everyday...seeing him physically in top condition when i returned was something else. Thanks Abahy and Buddy.

Second time I leave my 2 Indi adopted dogs with Abhay. Very good care taken by him in a very warm friendly environment. My both dogs have special eating habits...which he take care of and also suggested me grooming facility which I accept..Both Kittu and Bittu return to me happy in good condition. Always my first choice.....I give 1 star less as booking is very busy...I suggest take booking advance before stay.....also maybe he can employ staff...but he says me he take personal care of all pets rather than staff......

Left Zelda over at Buddys petotel for the duration of 5 days and must say that she was made to feel at home from the very first day. She is a bit nervous and temperamental when away from us, but my concerns were put to rest as she interacted with Abhay and Buddy (who is a sweetheart). on her first visit. Was pleased to get her back in top notch condition and she didnt show the least bit of anxiety or homesickness which she usually displays when put at other kennels.
