I have a mixed review about this place. No doubt the ambience and hygiene is top notch comparing to other salon. However, you cannot trust the beauticians here, grooming eyebrows is a challenge for the beauticians, pedicure, manicure is too much to ask for bcos the staff is unaware of the procedures. Coming to hair care, Nitin was the best hair stylist when it came to hair cut, hair spa, hair color, even with a simple blow dry he had the ability to give a transformation but sadly he is not employed with them anymore. The bottom line is that, that I have stopped taking there services as the current staff is quite unreliable.

Very pathetic experience. Untrained professionals. I had bought their vouchers and when I went for O3 Facial, they did not show which product they are using on my face. Quantity of the product was also very less. At the end they use plain water for eye ball cotton when pack was applied instead of rose water. Don’t buy their vouchers they are doing cheating with the people. I spoke to Mr. Deepak who says he is the owner but he don’t have much to say. He simply said it is under promotion so facial duration is less and he don’t have any answer with regards to product.

Except for a guy, who is good with massages rest all the services were lame... hairstylist promises to do a haircut but ends up doing something else...they do not even know how to mix and apply hair colour... A single star for the excellent masseuse...

The last visit was terrible. In terms of haircut and payment they were not up to the mark. The haircut in particular was too damn bad. THIS IS WHAT I WROTE FEW MONTHS AGO The place is clean, staff is well behaved, polite and skilled. Had a great experience since Nitin was precise and detailed in his work.

Overall, it was a nice experience, took 60mins Swedish massage and a haircut. Massage was good but didn't share the oil details. Hairdresser was too friendly but knew his work right. Took 4 long hours for what could've been done in 1hr 30mins or max 1hr 45mins. The products used for haircut and hair wash were quality. Recommended.
