The coordinator is not at all good..She is not ready to receive a single call from parents even once a day.. She always shows herself to be too much busy. even on Saturdays she has to go to bank..WHen asked she said, she is fed up receiving calls from parents so she wont receive any call from anyone...She is very rude in behaviour..She always has a high tone when we try to tell her to pick our call atleast once.. When i requested her for her managers number she said she cant give directly and she wont give..She tries to save herself by not allowing parents to speak to her manager so that she is safe inspite of rudely behaving with us..I paid for 2 months but couldn't keep my son for even 10 days due to the coordinator. I dont want my money back but i just have a humble request that please CHANGE THE COORDINATOR.
