The amount one pays is worth every paisa. The inspection is very very detail and with photos. The report also shows the problems and the solutions which normally no one gives. Mr. Satish is very well qualified and his team is trained well. All the issues shown in the inspection report that were given to me was rectified by the builder without any questions by the builder. Based on my experience, I hv recommended the society inspection also which was again in detail wherein 2 towers of 9 floors each were insoected & detailed inspection report was given. Again here too the builder could not raise a single question because of the high level of professionalism and has started to rectify the issues. This after the builder has given possession 5 to 7 years back. I strongly recommend buyers of any property to get their inspection done by CheckMyProp and like me, I am sure others too will benefit.
