The uncooked mutton in the Roganjosh was swimming in water curry. It had a foul smell. This is not even close to what Waazwaan is. It may be a delight to non-Kashmiris, but for someone who has had Waazwan all their life, the taste was gross. Even the kababs stank due to being undercooked. Disappointed with the taste! However, the service staff were very courteous.
