Its an big building consisting various IT solutions, consultancies and shops. Enterence is difficult to find but it is in middle.. there is board indicating every company floor number and shop number.. lift is available.. good cleaned environment.. my less 2 stars are for that fraud consultancy in it..

Central location. Good place to have office here. Clean and comfortable laboratories for men & women. Food is easily available within the premise.

Extremely Poor management and maintenance of good office spaces on main road. Generators do not work in emergency, hence risk of getting stuck in lifts when electricity goes off. Administrative staff not aware of how to open lift in emergency. Some Passage lights are put off during office hours to save electricity bills. Parking is illogically planned and very dark with no lights. Security not aware of who is parking in whose parking lot. Front side ACs fitted in passage, heating the whole passage. Planning to shift my CA classes from here. Do not get attracted by outside view of building.

BE ALERT !!!!! Please ready carefully before taking office in PARANJAPE Business Hub kothrud. Because there are rules set by society committee which are as similar as school rules. 1) Terrace :- you cannot use terrace as it will be locked permanently (RULE NO 1) 2) Galleries :- only for show off. You dont have permission to even stand in galleries(RULE NO 2) 3) You cannot work after 10PM (RULE NO 3) 4) No Cafeteria and No space for LUNCH TIME. 5) as terrance and galleries are locked you dont have even standing space for breathing or relaxing 6) Common bathrooms that are and always dirty not cleaning properly as we are suffering from lots of issues in the BUSINESS HUB which named as Commercial Space but should be renamed to HOUSING SOCIETY. Because there rules are similar. We request everyone to check above things before taking office.
