I purchased a refrigerator about 2.5 months ago. They charged 9500 Rs for a double door LG dated year 2012. There was no negotiation on price. They promised good condition whatsoever and talk of atleast one year of trouble free service. They give you only one month of assurance on break down. The refrigerator received major problems within months. They had purchased this broken down product and fixed it with parts of inferior quality just to bring it back to working condition. Of course these parts failed early. The compressor timer, themo valve and condenser coil had to be replaced within 3 months of purchase . They had also covered the condenser coil with duct tape as a temporary solution ( instead of foam) but this cause frosting and overload on the compressor and deterioration of performance and higher electricity consumption. Luckily for me the compressor health is satisfactory. Please see the pictures of faulty parts. All the repair costed Rd 2000. I would highly recommend not to purchase any second hand used products from this place . They are big cheats !!!
