Not happy at all with the exchange policies of this brand. I brought a dress design which I came to know that exactly same piece is gifted by my friend. When I went to exchange with other design the sales person refused to exchange saying it is sold in discount. This is not done. All other shops are offering exchange but this brand is not even ready to exchange it. Definitely will not visit this brand ever again. A big NO..... Even it does not deserve a single star also, but had to select to enable posting of this message.... Very poor and unmanaged outlet.
