Arrogant principal. No manners how to talk... though our child couldn't clear the entrance exam but the way she talked to us was really unethical. She said and I quote "Hopeless child" pathetic how the hell she can be so judgmental and arrogant... I will take it to the ministry of education and will show her what it means... hopeless old lady
