The sales staff kind and good I recently purchased an Honda Amaze from here. Pros: Hassle free experience for vehicle processing, sales team is kind and wonderful they ensure delighted experience to the customer for every process. Cons: On time delivery was not done I sat for nearly 2 hours ideally over committed time, also slightly disappointed during delivery when the committed accessories were not given as finalized during the sales contract over welcome docket. It was little unprofessional. Though I paid a marginal amount but you don't expect that to happen at the day of your delivery.

Gave me a estimated time of 5 hours for a simple 20000 Km’s service . Typical desi mentality of zero customer satisfaction. Not sure why appointments are even taken. Surprising part is the general manager is himself justifying this delay since he cannot commit the time due to the work load and it takes 1 hour to wash a car and 4 hours to do a simple oil change and filter changes (air, ac).

Place feels small as a honda showroom, improper lighting conditions, I visited the showroom for Amaze vehicle and asked for test drive, further to test drive a vehicle at crystal Honda you need to fill a form, which states that, during the course of the test drive, in case you meet with any kind of mishap or an unfortunate accident, you are responsible for the damages that happen to the vehicle. First time I ever came through such paperwork before taking a test drive, also the vehicle which they were providing was not temporary registered, they were offering the vehicle which would be sold to any customer in future. Sales persons need better training regarding customer interaction.

This is the HONDA SHOW ROOM it is good the sales staff and others are very polite and knowledgeable and give great guidance and advice. Very helpful are Ms Dipti and Mr Patil. Crystal Honda are really well versed in their product and show pride too . Crystal Honda are lucky to have them I have dealt with this agency for 10 years. I am fortunate.

Great experience of buying car! Clean and spacious place is hosted by knowledgeable and kind staff who explained everything in details. I got car within 2 weeks of booking and throughout the process I was wellinformed. I'd recommend taking test drive in this showroom as highway is right next to it and you'll get a good feel of the car. Special shout out to Tejas and Reshma who were always reachable and approachable
