I had to pick up a cake for my father’s birthday. It was really late notice and the very kind lady on the phone was able to make time for the same day pick up. Let me just say, the cake was the best cake I can remember me eating. Everyone in the family loved it! The staff was very friendly and this place does quality work. I would definitely order more cakes from here anytime. I for sure recommend this (Custom Cakes Pune) place!!

Most of the custom style cakes are available here. Make sure you book it in well advance coz these people don't entertain quick deliveries and may also not inform in case they are delaying it (personal experience)
The worst experience I every had.. I order a wedding cake of 3 layers The cake was delivered to me in a rickshaw it was almost 10 to 13 kms far The cake had fully melted n was out of shape n couldn’t b used for the cake cutting ceremony I do not recommend custom cakes if u have an important function The money was also not refunded

FAKE ALERT!!! Do not order your cake from this shop. This shop is closed and whoever is taking orders is a big fraud. They even ask you for your card details for payment. He even try to login into my Paytm account and asked for OTP to get access into my account. They didn't refund my advance either. Please do not fall in this trap. He even tried to be salesman for Monginis. The guy just mentioned his number on a picture and using shops name to bluff people. Please be aware and do not share any of your details with this person.
I reached out to custom cakes to create chelsea FC themed cupcakes. They did a wonderful job in making the cupcakes as per the designs I shared. The response time and service was very good. The cupcakes looked amazing and tasted delicious! I would strongly recommend custom cakes if you want customized cakes for any special occasion delivered at your doorstep.

Had ordered 75th bday cake from here.. They have done a great job really loved the cake the look and feel and the taste as well. They got the flavors right the way we wanted.. Thank you guys looking forward to book in future as well.
