Overall disappointed!!! still 3 star, reason behind this is Taste is very nice, ambience is good, cost is also good but TOO MUCH WAITING TIME, TODAY I WAS WAITING FOR MORE THAN 20 MINS JUST FOR 1 CHAPATI just one example, if student has scored 80/100 in 5 subjects & 20/100 in one subject then overall result is FAILED that's what I felt today

Dakhkhan delicacies is a casual dining restaurant that specialises in Maharashtrian cuisine. It is located in Aparna apartment, opposite Shinde high school in Sahakar nagar. This place is famous for it's seafood and thalis. The ambiance is nice with indoor ac seating area and outdoor seating area. The place looks smaller from outside, but is quite spacious. Coming to food, we had: Chicken Maharaja Thali: This thali comes with chicken sukka, chicken masala, egg masala, tambda rassa, pandhra rassa, rice, chapati/bhakri and gulab jamun. The quantity was good and more than sufficient for a person. Chicken sukka was delicious and my favourite thing in the thali. Chicken masala was good. Chicken pieces were cooked perfectly and tossed in spicy Kolhapuri masala. Tambda rassa was medium spicy and pandhra rassa was mildly spicy. Both the rassa had soup like consistency. They are served in unlimited quantities. Egg curry was delicious as well. I didn't like the rice as it was too soggy. Veg thali: It comes with shev bhaji, chole, dal, chapati, rice, dahi, gulab jamun and papad. My friend had veg thali and she liked everything, specially chole. Overall it's a good place to visit with family and friends to have delicious Maharashtrian food.

Worst experience ever... Birayani was a spoiler and the management were not able to agree. Do not try the Maharaja thali... It's full of Khada masala... Don't go on photos by Hotels. Please read the reviews before visiting...

Test Is always best here and whenever you go you get same test of same dishes.... Staff is also helpful, polite..

Starting with ambiance, it is a nice spacious place, arrangement is very good for family as well, and staff are attentive, went through the menu as its name suggests it is meant to be delicacies. Cost is on a medium scale is not too high, not too pocket friendly. We ordered Mutton maharaja thali and Chicken thali. Cooking meat to perfection is a real art and not everyone can master it, but believe me they know how to do it. The mutton was harder to cook than chicken but it just melted with every bite I had. I like the taste of Pandhara rassa and tambda rassa purely kolhapuri taste. I also like Keema Masala and it was just fabulous juicy, flavoursome and absolutely delicious. would surely visit again to try out their other menu. I will definitely recommend this one to every single thali lover. Note: This review is based on my personal experience, negative comments highly not appreciate.

Not good for non veg . Food not cooked well. Not recommended . Dont wast money for non veg items here. That's why only one star to this hotel.
