they do not deserve even one star or not even minus.... Pathetic Service!!! without even contacting they just directly sent you a SMS that not able to reach you. delivery person will never call you for address. My Package is with them from last 2 days and still I have not received it. Now no one even answering the calls. Horrible first time facing such service... Horror it is.

It is incompetent and mediocre, My order has been in my city for last 3 days, there has been no update since in the crappy link they send us. Customer Care is unresponsive , there has is no way to contact them, they don't revert back to calls or e-mail. This delivery agency should be closed down and feedback of their service should be sent to the sites that outsource their delivery to them.

Takes three days to deliver a package which has reached the city. Takes two days for the package to move from one hub to another within the city. There is no proper inputs on when and who will deliver the courier. Call the support # provided, the IVR says will send you a message on the status, but doesn't send. People at the Customer Service Desk do not have any inputs. They inform that the person will call you when the delivery person is near the place and the courier will be delivered.

They don't even deserve 1 star... This is the worst courier service one could ever find... I think people use this service only if they don't want their client to receive the package... I paid for a product in advance and it never arrived, the seller said he shipped the order and won't repay me now... Understood, what I mean? Why do bad people like these even exist in this world... Cheaters...

Delivery is OK. But very LAZY people. Takes 2 days to transport package from one hub to another hub in a city. Takes one day to deliver also if it is reached to the destination city. Slowest delivery ever. Purchase from sites like PAYTM at your own risk. Sadly they mostly handles our package to DELHIVERY. Wait for 10-12 days if you have patience. Otherwise, you have to go to their office for package collections. They never delivers on time.
