Bad service, no any update regarding government subsidy. I didn't get government subsidy from last 18 months. no any seriousness of customers/clients money. Even though customer facing monitory loss due to negligence.

The bank office closes at 4pm didn't even bother to update online. It still shows closing 6pm

Worst bank to take a loan from. Under qualified staff. Works slower than a government office. The helpline is only for show and waiting time is anywhere close to 10 minutes that is on the day it works, half the time the helpline is offline. The customer service is extremely bad and services are even more poor. My advise is search for another bank don’t go on their advertisements they will suck the juice out of you
