I booked my car in Dec 2020 and I was told that the waiting period of 3-4 months. Though I had to take a follow up with sales team, but I got my car with in the due time period (despite Pune lockdown in April). I was assisted by Shrikant for my booking and he helped very well during the entire time, despite I constantly poked him for the updates. Very good experience overall (though missed the celebration at showroom due to lockdown), professional people. No false promises. Looking forward with same kind of experience for future endeavours.

My experience with the staff is amazing especially Himanshu . The dealership is always clean and they keep you posted about the current status. Huge showroom with the service center attached. Competitive pricing and variety of cars to choose from. If you plan for a test drive , call ahead and check for availability of the car. We went to test the Kia seltos. Staff is polite and help with all your questions. Booking the test-drive was also quick.Another fact I appreciate is you can reach out to the representative at any point in time without any complaint and they will happily assist. My buying experience has been seamless and very pleasant throughout the entire process...
