I was very skeptical in changing doctors. But after I met Dr. Prasad, he diagnosed my problem in seconds and explained every thing in detail. Very friendly, and even though he had so many patients for the day, he was so calm and didn't get annoyed with all the questions. 5 star for his knowledge, his care and his diagnosis.

Such a wonderful Doctor. But. .. But... The receptionist is pathetic.. Every time I call her she declares we can't meet the doctor...he is too busy.. Online appoint is more pathetic. She answers phone calls rudely and has a big NO ready even before listening to emergency.If you question her, she starts getting fussy and irritated and ignores you. what about emergency children cases? Plz dear Doctor, Plz replace that inhuman, indifferent, cold natured Receptionist and keep someone who is good and receptive towards patients.

Very knowledgeable and experienced doctors, really good human being.And gives proper medication. Always recommended. However very busy and always very long waiting queue... Always followup with reception prior visit. Minimum delay 1 hr.
