Doctor does not have any respect for peoples time. Basically you come at 9, and then wait for 1 hour or may be more, and then he arrives. Absolutely rubbish. And they call themselves doctors!

Staff will cheat you while payment...I said I came to follow up charge should be 500. But she asked me to give 800..but when I get active so she accepted follow up fees. You need be active.. don't know whose instruction they follow

Such a bad experience. And I can say it is a worse experience and it gets worse. They keeps us on waiting for hours even if there is an appointment. People keeps on waiting for hour(s) for doctor to arrive. The reception considers patient as mere customers. Money is of topmost priority here. Patient is next to nothing. They do not treat people properly. Very bad manners in staff. Doctor and the staff do not care for people time. People come from long way but doctor and staff do not have a value of that. Doctor himself mentions if one do not agrees to that the customer so called patient should find a new doctor. Unfortunately we have this doctor as best in town and people are left with no other option but is this attitude right for his staff and himself?

Worst Experience. The staff is very rude and abusive. Appointments are useless as you always end up waiting at least 3 hours. Most Important: The Fees is the highest I have ever seen in India (Rs.800) and the doctor spends at a maximum "1 minute" to do the check-up, diagnosis, write prescription and at the end will surely ask for many many medical tests at the below laboratory (commissions). As soon as 1 minutes is over the next patient is forced inside. So, if you ask a question he will answer that you ask many questions and are wasting my and other patients time. If you request to check something else he will say "please do these additional tests and come back". If you miss an appointment they charge you as a new patient fees. There are far far better Rheumatologists around Pune which treat you as a human being. In short we felt more worse, confused, and abused after seeing Dr. Nalawade.
