I've been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and was having numbness in my entire hand. Also, I was unable to write nor type on computer while working which was really hard to digest as it's the way to earn my family's bread and butter. Few of my relatives suggested me to go in Pune for physiotherapy but in the covid times is was not feasible to do up and down everytime. Therefore, I Googled for the physiotherapy specialist near my area and luckily I found Dr. Anirudh Vaidya's clinic near to me. When I visited him in person, I was informed with all the physiotherapy process and guided me well so that I'd be able to regain my strength. To be honest he was the one encouraged me to have these exercises regular. Within 8-10 days there was huge difference in my hands and fingers. The normal sponge ball which was difficult to squeeze in the initial phases was covered pretty well. My strength also improved a lot. Now after 20 sessions, I'm able to ride my scooter and can driver a car without any effort. And now I can seemly type on computer and started to write a little. I believe all this improvement wouldn't be possible because of Dr. Vaidya's personal attention and knowing the strength and weakness of every patient. I can confidently say he's one of the best physiotherapist in PCMC.

I have sacroilitis and I have been to several other places to get my lower back pain cured. But Dr Anirudha was prompt and swift in diagnosing the cause of my pain . He provided a reasonable explanation for the cause of my pain and provided the right cure which i found no where else and rather no one paid any attention to sacroilitis. His entire team is hardworking and they make you feel comfortable. I still have sacroilitis but the pain is much tolerable now and with his provided guidance for future care it should be gone in sometime. Thank you team Prophysio for providing good care.
