Dr Gajanan Kanitkar is a gem of a doctor. He treated my mother for her breast cancer which had reached second stage. The surgery as well the post surgical process went really smooth and to an extent affordable due to medical insurance. He is a genuinely a down to earth and positive person. Not only a good doctor but a good human being. He knows how to lift the spirits of his patients. My mom comes all the way from Assam to meet him twice in a year just because he is quite patient in answering all her questions and absolutely gives her the best advices on diet and general well being. I totally recommend him. He recommended to me word of mouth by another patient which speaks volumes of his success as surgeon and oncologist.

I was diagnosed with cervical lymph node in the neck and was advised to undergo biopsy to remove the node and send it for testing so my further treatment could start. Dr. Megha firodiya recommended Dr Gajanan Kanitkar. He is an excellent doctor and knows his job well. Since our first meeting I knew I was in safe hands. Even though my cut was big he assured that it would go away completely within 6 months. And it’s only been a month and I can already see the results. The best part is when I asked him if I could go for a vacation he said I must go I need it. Don’t we all need such kind of doctors?!
