Not proper consultance about patient condition
like
Dr. Prachee is one of the few doctors who are concerned about the patient along with treating the ailments. Her ability to hear the patient is outstanding. I suffered a rare condition which many doctors were unable to diagnose. My condition worsened very fast. She systematically approached my case. Sent me to appropriate doctor for medication. I am functional today only because I was given proper attention. In one emergency situation I had to visit Ruby Hall. That facility and team is outstanding. I realise that all the patients coming to Ruby are in very serious condition. Communicating with each patient relative is a huge task. Especially when the relatives are worried for their loved ones. I saw the staff managing that with a lot of patience. I wish her staff at clinic and ICU very best in their efforts to manage this care giving. Thanks Dr. Prachee for helping me for last two years in a very difficult time!

Non approachable under any circumstances. Struggles to communicate. One should feel safe under the hands of a well qualified doctor but instead ,we felt vulnerable and scared .Unfortunately the same culture is being absorbed by the team of doctors working under the director (there are definitely some exceptions ) . The ICU lacks basic nursing practices such as change of positions on a regular basis to avoid pressure sores, checking if the air mattress is inflated ( it took us two days to convince the staff that the air mattress was faulty and needed replacing ) ,prompt cleaning if the patient passes a bowel motion. A designated whanau room in ICU with a separate entrance for the family to say a final goodbye to their loved one will be useful so that relatives won't have to fight with a door keeper for entry. A patient satisfaction survey will be helpful to improve this current situation.
Most useless negligent arrogant careless director and a doctor of a so called prestigious ICU of Ruby Hall. Get admitted only to say - Ramnaam Satya Hai. Admitting patient to Ruby Hall is to loose your dear one permanently. Practically no senior doctor attends any patient but you will find their signature on patients daily log sheets. Worst hospital in Pune.
She doesn't deserve even half star from me. Worst physician that I have come across. The physicians in small towns are far better. very arrogant, very negligent doctor. I lost the most dearest person on this earth under her care.
