It was ia very pleasant experience with Dr Swapnil, I appreciate the following point' 1 easily approachable Dr , always willing to help out. 2 punctuality in appointments, during my 10 seatingz with him, I never waited for more tgN 2 minutes 3 safe well sanitised place during present Covid situation. 4 very clear about the line of treatment/time period and cost involved . 5. I consulted Dr. Patil after a horrendous experience with another dentist. He was recommended to us by a friend who had been under his care. Coming to the experience, and why I have rated him the way I have. When I visited him initially, I was in tremendous pain with acute infection in two teeth and the remnants of my wisdom tooth needing extraction. Contrary to what I had been told prior, that the two teeth with infections would need to be surgically extracted, Dr. Patil went about doing a root canal instead. He was clear that if a tooth can be saved from extraction then that is always preferable. Through the root canal treatment (RCT) sessions, he was patient, diligent and extremely articulate in explaining what he was doing, why it was needed and how it would help. After every session, I would invariably receive multiple calls from him to ensure I was not in any kind of pain or discomfort. Two completed RCTs later, Dr. Patil has become a friend and a person who I can trust when it comes to taking care of my dental needs. Throughout the procedure, there was never a moment when he would prescribe any medicine or make things complicated. On the matter of expenses, the compensation charged by him is nominal and for the care and empathy that I was subjected to as a patient, it was hardly anything substantial. I am honestly grateful for the way Dr. Patil treated me and alleviated my pain. Thank you Doctor! :)
