The clinic itself is in a very bad condition. All the things are here and there, staff keeps running here and there. They don't have a timing for the patients who go for a requirement. Very slow service and no patient centricity. First of all, clean and keep the place tidy please. This is a clinic not a public office!

I am visinting Dr.Sanjay Eye clinic since 2006 for myself as I had difficulty in using my distance glasses while reading or working on Computers. He carefully find out the required number and advised progressive glasses with near or reading number which I was not advised by other doctors in Gulf where I worked. Dr Sanjay's number helped me all these years to perform my normal duties and while driving etc. I had taken my Mother in law for cateract (both eyses) with slight spot on one eye retina she had, the entire process she had gone through in 2017 with color test etc went very well to identify her vision improvement.She had much better visibility after the procedures.The charges were also much less than other hospital had quoted.

Today I consulted Dr Tekawade for laser eye surgery. And my experience was not so pleasant. Even though the clinic is private, I was treated like if I was in a govt. clinic. Their consulting fee is 400 which is on higher end and tests chares are way too high. Almost double than the market standard for lasik eye tests. Their surgeries are way too expensive compared to market rates. The clinic staff was rude and were behaving as if they were doing social service or free service. They all were impolite and looked disinterested. I had in my mind that i would get my lasik done here but now i wont. The clinic is there only for making money. They didn't tell me the lasik charges until tests were done. Finally when they told their charges, i instantly decided they are here only for making money. Dr sanjay tekawade might be famous in the area but they got to instill better clinical practices and polite staff
