I always liked Dr. Rao's demeanour. He is gentle, relaxed and friendly. I never felt he is only out to make as much money as possible and his fees were always reasonable. Sadly some years ago he started giving the actual work to young dentists or students while he is there only in some kind of consulting role. The students are of course not very experienced and the quality of the work suffers. The small room is also too crowded - there is Dr. Rao, two or three students, a hygienist, two patients, plus the receptionist and the cleaner going in and out ... everyone is chatting etc .... It feels too chaotic and not focussed enough. So I can't give more than three stars.

Very poor experience. It's supposed to be a multi-specialty dental clinic, but the "dentists" there are either trainees or freshly graduated. In any case, they are very poorly skilled and cannot handle dental problems properly. My mother had gone to this clinic for a root canal, and after 5 sittings (each of around 1-1.5 hrs.), was still suffering from pain. Also, during a few of the sittings, the "dentist" attending would stop, puzzled, and ask one of her seniors, "Ma'am, please see if I'm doing this right". Unbelievable !! To top it off, the main dentist never came to see my mother himself. My mother is now going to a different dentist, one who knows what he's doing, and is much relieved. Dr. Rao's "Multi-Speciality" Clinic - Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory services. Highly UNrecommended !!
