For a 1.6kg parcel, they were to charge 1100 approx. This is a open plunder. Later i went to Dtdc behind Kothrud stand .. they only charged 360.

Expensive courier service
It is better to send by ordinary post than DTDC courier. My documents are delivered to me after six days even though after charging heavy amount. Alternately consumer should ask them for No Time bound delivery- No money arragment.
Domestic and international courier service. They were professional.
I was told my parcel will reach in 4 days But it has not been delivered for 8 days
Poor management the packages are always delayed due to one or the other reason but at least the staff is well behaved and eventually u get ur package at last...there are alot of shops at different locations throughout the city so it wont be a problem for people to gain access to the courier facility..they charge for courier according to its weight so there you go!
