Not Helpful at all. Not even Answering calls on time. The solution they suggest is, parcels is in Office See what you want to do. And direct Disconnect the call

Very unprofessional behaviour. I came back to my home from office to collect the courier and these guys didn't even care to deliver. They just said that their car has broken down and the package cannot be delivered (that too after multiple calls and follow-ups late night). Never go for DTDC and don't ever trust these guys. I just hope I get my package in one piece.

Such a pathetic Customer service they have in Pune . In website which number is mention for pune doesn't work. We got some number from different DTDC franchise . That number is always switched off. If in case by luck If they pick up they ll say they ll call in one min and switch off the phone . All the parcel are delayed minimum by a week from this hub. Please think twice if you are sending any parcel via DTDC to this location

This is the worst courier company. My parcel held for 10 days at this place. It was couriered from Mumbai to Pune. It took 14 days to deliver the parcel from Mumbai to Pune. No one picks up the call. Pathetic service. If anyone from DTDC is reading this please take strict actions on this or close your courier services if you cannot do it.
