Very fast service. Deliveres the stuffs within 2-3 days. Great service is providing. The staff is friendly in nature and helpful. Reasonable rate for courier facility. I always use DTDC because of their fast service. Thank you DTDC.

I had the worst experience with their service. My courier was received empty. And they didn't even were bothered to refund. I suggest not to use dtdc services.

Very poor service. They had promised to send the domestic local consignment in 24 hrs, but took 6 days to deliver. Indian Postal service is far better than this. Blacklisted in our organisation.

Pathetic, especially after they have gone into the franchisee model. They were much better off before when they were doing it themselves as the franchises are given to any person and quality is hence out of control and spoilt with very late and unprofessional deliveries done.
