Very bad experience with ECO.. Higher management never help you. If you stuck somewhere any give a complaint to higher management they ignore you and never give proper feedback. Last 6 month I'll give compliments to everyone senior staff of ECO but no one is interested to listen my problem. Every time they ignore my mail. Even I was complain CEO also. Personally I feel the higher authority of this company just busy with own work.

Not recommended!! No Fair billing, No Tracking system for Kms. And above all, support team will only debate with you. I have been charged for 299 Kms even I traveled 155 kms. I provided complete tracking information from my side. I left car at 11:00 pm but they have charged till 2:00 am midnight.
