The maintenance is really terrible (still with the builder). We face water issues frequently just because of the builder's ignorance as the supply system built is not good enough to provide for so many flats (66 in each building, 2 buildings operating, and 2 build in progress). Also, the water is hard water, no municipality water supply, and no water filter installed. Lift maintenance is similar as they stop working frequently, no regular servicing is done. the gym and swimming pool are closed since lockdown started. Another issue is internet broadband service. There is only one service provider, Streamnet, and the service is poor. Not sure why no branded providers like You Broadband or Tata or Airtel are available here.

Water problem is too much. Please don’t plan to buy a flat here. There are electricity problems as well. Almost everyday, we experience a cut of 2-3 hours. 50% of time, lift is not working. Don’t shift here and specially DON’T BUY A FLAT..! Also, the architecture of flats is completely pathetic. Seems like an amateur has designed it..!

Newly constructed society and 2nd phase is under construction..... security is well maintained, maids are easily available....lifts are running 24hrs and water is available 24hrs

I am tanent here, facing water and lift issues from many days .water level TDs is 1000 even we are also facing flush problems in our washrooms. I feel so dirty .After raising concerns no one is looking for it .Please don't think to live here.if anyone is giving positive review now a days.They are not a resident of this society, they are just doing advertisement

Flats and apartment are good. Nearby area is very calm and peaceful. View from this building is looking pleasant at the night.

It is a good place to live. I visited my friend who lives in Essencia heights. Completed his studies from NICMAR Pune and placed in Dubai.
