Wish I can give them a rating in minus. They should stop promoting false marketing which they cannot keep up with it. I requested for a midnight delivery of between 11-12 pm of which they fail to deliver the product. Reason I had received the recipient address was incomplete whereas they manage to deliver my earlier product request on the same address without any hassle and when I ask about the refund they confirmed cannot get as it's perishable item. So here the customer left with 2 two option leave it or take it. In my case from nowhere I'm at fault they failed to deliver the product on time and also they have the audacity to say they will check with delivery team when they can re-deliver my product like they have paid for my product delivery. Stop spreading lies, you guyz don't deliver the product as per the customer needs, you guys deliver the product as per your convenience.

Don't get cheated!!! I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday on 21st Nov via online and requested them to deliver on 22nd Nov before 5 pm. As there were no update, I started contacting then over e-mails and telephone. There were no response on both. Around 6pm I received a mail saying, there is a delay without mentioning any commitment. The contact number 9212475000 mentioned in one of the mails was not working at all (till date). Then 9212422000 goes to an IVR, but does not connect to an executive. This was the case since 22nd Nov till date. I requested for a refund and received an automated reply saying they will work on it. No reply till date. My order no. 1084575 Refund request I'd: 1066136 This is not a legitimate company. No professionalism. Full of fraud.
