Pathetic service quality. Zero commitment. Price is taken for wood and product supplied of ply. Horrible experience. Please do not visit this shop. They will give many false commitment while taking order, but nothing will be filled. Its a waste of money, i have wasted and i dont want any other people to waste.

Don't buy furniture from this place, they don't provide any service once its sold, I bought sofa, while booking they said they will use 40 density foam but now it's look like hardly 20 or 30 which caused back pain, I reported this to them but now they are not ready to listen or give repair or replacement.

These people are cheaters n fraud...Will speak to u very politely until the order is placed and u do the payment...Then u forget about delivery of the product...It will be delivered as per their convenience...And if u have any problem in the product then u will exp the worst customer service...U keep on calling and tellng them about the problem but it will not be resolved... Please do not buy anythng from Fine Furniture... Cheaters , Scammers....

Pathetic service and commitment.. cheap quality.. never recommend.. they don't have any commitment value.. showing different type of quality and delivering different product both quality and design and finishing unsatisfied.. just fraud shop... fine furniture is just open for making fraud with people and no one responsible person who take ownership and fullfil commitment.. every alternate day new person give commitment and not having any resolution towards same if you not able to manage and handle why you are taking orders and wasting others time.. kitchen furniture material was shown different and made with cheap quality..even after complaint not having any resolution after multiple days... every day giving commitment for resolution on next days but next day.. Showing different quality and design and delivering cheap product after the same no one will taking ownership of same.. it's more than one month given order not single product to yet delivered after giving 20 days commitment and not having idea how much day to it will take..

Never buy any furniture from this shop... u'll regret after buying any furniture from this shop. They are kind untill you are not paying... once you paid for the furniture, the attitude towards you will totally change. They will not going to handle any complain.... be sure when you r buying the furniture record everything.. later on they change their words.... Better not to invest your money from buying furniture from here There is no customer care department.
