This is in respect to order no. 500011915. Onsite it clearly states Gross weight 1000gm and net weight of 500gm. Price seemed lower than market rate so I ordered. But upon delivery received only 250gm prawns, when I called the fishvish they accepted that it's quantity is wrong on site & it will be corrected. BUT no recourse was given for existing mistake. His exact words were "370 mai 0.5 kg prawns kaise milega"

I have been using Fishvish for more than 6 years. It's been consistent in providing excellent quality products. I love their fish as well as ready to serve products. Their crab and clams are something I look forward to. Crabs are so clean that I just have to wash and use. Their delivery is on time and packing is faultless. I will blindly recommend Fishvish to anyone looking for quality fish.
Hello , This is regarding the feedback on the order no 500010640. It had mutton and prawns in the order. I want to say that the prawns was still good enough but the mutton was absolutely not fresh and definitely did not feel like of a tender lamb / goat. I will never ever place any order on this site with this experience unless I receive a compensation for it.

Poor and pathetic. I ordered prawns .my order is successful. But they never delivered the product nor informed weather the order is cancelled or alive . When I called I had no response. While I what's apped for status no response. Never try it out.

I did not have a good experience with the quality of the produce. I did communicate this to the staff and even returned the order. I was surprised to hear from the Management immediately. Today they replaced my returned order totally free of cost. I appreciate the gesture. It indicates the integrity of the management and their commitment to their customers. Thank you
Pathetice experience on service by fishvish. They ask you for a slot and then they don't bother to deliver you within the given slot. They don't bother to update or call you in case they are late and when you call their customer service the answer that you get is *slot is just there* however the fish would be delivered as per their convenience within the day as they have other orders to serve.This is ridiculous and pathetic..will never ever order fish from them!
