I went to get my eyebrows threaded after 2-3 months specifically because I wanted really thick eyebrows. I specifically told Rimzim to just remove the extra growth and not make the eyebrows look thin and irregular. She literally spoilt it and made it look like a sleek line drawn on the forehead. Highly disappointed with her service. And please train your employees not to ask any personal questions to the customers, it’s none of their business. It was so irritating when she was asking me unwanted questions. Keeping this apart, please train her to just do what the customer wants and not what she wants. I would say, ridiculous service, never stepping in again. Not even worth a single star.

Service not worth of the cost. Too expensive. Just to add.. 1200rs for spa and hair cut, i have confirmed before reaching to parlor for which I was ok. it's not about the amount.. it's about the service and the result of spa which is not worth. I have asked for rate card of services available.. but I was not provided one. Employee working there and owner were saying different prices for the same services, which I was bit doubtful. And the employee was keep on taking about selling high cost services which was bit irritating.

All safety measures were taken.Great service, thorough professional staff, got an unexpected offers which was very very pleasant. Totally recommend for consultations as well as services. We got Keratine done for my mom. The final result was very good and we wil be posting about the effect every month maybe.
