Placed an order for international delivery to Ireland Limerick...asked the customer care executive twice for confirmation if delivery is possible to Limerick... placed an order for cake delivery worth 4000 Rs....the next day we get a call saying delivery of cakes to that location is not possible and replacement of lindt chocolate delivery worth 16 euros was offered.. including taxes other delivery sites will deliver same product for 24 euros that's 2000 rupees...that's loss of 2000 rs for me with no explanation provided from their end...no money back offered... only vouchers will be given ...from my experience this is fraudulent site that doesn't even bother to explain the customer the why a replacement of half the original product price was offered and the customer executive does not even listen to when questioned the same... please do not opt for this site for any online delivery

It was my bad luck I chose this site for gifting a cake. I continued as guest and paid for a cake to be delivered on the same day. Unfortunately the cake was not delivered, money is not returned also now there is no reply. Before placing the order they were very fast in replying.

The site does not give proper information if delivery is available to the desired area...the customer service executives give false information... after placing the order they will come back with reasons like they donot deliver to the provided locality in spite of multiple confirmation from the customer executive earlier...Since there is no proper refund policy and in case you need to cancel there is no cash back and only voucher.... you cannot get ur money back and have to place an order within the same site itself. It's a site just to make a fool out of people and rob you of ur money...The executives do not communicate properly..Do not go in for this site there are other better online websites available.
