Had a very bad experience dealing with Salesperson Raju. He seemed to be not at all bothered with anything that the Customer wants to convey and is extremely rude in interacting with the customers. I'm sure if they had a better sales person instead of Raju, their project would have been sold out long time back. However, I suggest all prospective buyers to deal with Mr. Rohit who is the project sales head.
Decent sized apartment's Good amenities provided. All in all - a Decent project (still under construction while I am posting this)
Best Construction Best flat but negative point is Raju sales Executive. please don't try to deal with that person later you will neglect because of his arrogant behaviour. also he does not share the whole information properly and he is always in hurry as if he is the owner. Giving a 3 start due to Raju's behaviour towards his clients. Otherwise this project is very good just avoid dealing with him
Please don't waste time visiting here.. Sales team is busy chit chatting and not bothered to attend you.. In these tough times if fortune has hired such sales team it is really very unfortunate.
Good Project, value for money. Location is good, good connectivity. Rohit is a USP of this project, I think 90% of flats are sold because of him. Now the most important negative point of this project is Raju, he is not a person worth for a sale executive role. He feels like he is a owner of this project or might be more than that. He is so rude and arrogant that I don't feel he can convince a single customer. You can take feedback from any of there customers, you will get similar feedback for Raju. I have personally asked for Appology letter from him. Definitely buy a flat at Fortune Perfect, as the project is very good but avoid to deal with Raju...
