Me and my husband tried this spa for the first time. They are located on the 1st floor near Bhandarkar road. We brought the coupon from Nearbuy app as they were offering good discount. We took a prior appointment and reached there before time so we could understand and decide the type of service that we wanted. The staff was helpful to explain the different massages available. But the biggest turn down was they had no oils available. I mean you are into the business of massage therapy and you don't have the oils required!! The receptionist said all the therapies would be done using only sesame oil as only that was available. Why are we paying you for the service if we don't got what we are paying for. So please ask them in advance if the oils are available. The place is gloomy and not very fresh and welcoming. The masseuse was good though she asked me throughout the process if I was comfortable and if the pressure was ok.

Very good spa therapy and many options available. The staff is very good. The therapists/maasuers are well mannered and good in their work. Ambience could have been better with more space and aroma candles. The bathrooms are too small and quality of both body wash and hair wash are not at par, they should keep branded stuff here at the price they charge.

Have been a member for 4/5 years. Seen it deteorating. Have no regards for the customers. They are talking on the top of the voices in staff roomwhen we are getting a massage. The toilets are run down. There is a 30% penalty for cancellation. Don't get appointmentsbif we take in advance then cancellation policy. I have paid Rs.25000 as membership charges still this treatment. Please be aware.

Good facility in the heart of city. Previously aturvedic massage was also provided under banner of New Ayurveda. Should start again. Good rooms and shower facility. Separate staff for men and women. Staff is reasonably educated about their job. Various schemes r available to choose. Getting time of your choice may be problem initially but with persistence u can get suitable time of the choice from say 6th or 7th sitting. Very relaxing experience. Do enjoy.

Its a soothing experience where the professional service personnels make sure that they adjust the pressure, amount of oil or cream used as per your desire.

Good spa offering lot of options in massage therapies.... The staff is well trained... Ask for Shanti for female therapies... Getting appointments on weekends is usually tough. Ambience could have been little better with more spacious bathrooms and better quality shampoo and body wash... rooms need little maintenance... They should keep AC remotes in all rooms... so that the therapist doesn’t have to leave the room in between the therapy to get a remote!
